Taj Agra Taxi uses your details only to confirm cars, share pickup information and answer enquiries. This page explains what we collect and why.

1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, book a cab or send a message, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, email and WhatsApp number
• Pickup and drop locations, travel date, time and passenger count
• Vehicle or package preference and any trip notes you share
• Booking or enquiry history needed to complete your trip

2. How we use it

We use this information to confirm fares, assign a car and driver, send pickup details, and follow up after the trip. We may also use it to answer a later enquiry about the same journey.

• To send booking confirmation by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp
• To share pickup time and driver details with you
• To improve our taxi, sightseeing and outstation service

3. Sharing

We share only what is needed to run the trip: typically your name, pickup point and phone number with the assigned driver or coordinator. We do not sell your details. We may share information if required by law or to prevent fraud or harm.

4. Phone, WhatsApp and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, that conversation is used to confirm the same booking. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time. Service messages about an active booking may still be sent until the trip is complete.

5. Cookies and this website

The website may use basic cookies or session data so forms work and pages load correctly. We do not use that data to sell advertising profiles.

6. Retention and security

We keep booking records for as long as needed to complete the trip, handle a query or meet accounting rules, then remove or anonymise them where we can. We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, but no website or phone channel is completely risk-free.

7. Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold, except where we must keep a record of a completed trip. Write to booking@tajagrataxi.com or WhatsApp the desk.
